OPPO’s newest 5G handsets are here, and you can pre-order the Reno6 Z 5G and Reno6 5G starting tomorrow, August 7.
You can get the OPPO Reno6 Z 5G for PHP 19,999, while the OPPO Reno6 5G is available for PHP 26,999. Both come in Stellar Black and Aurora. The pre-order period for the Reno6 Z will be until August 13, ahead of its August 14 release. The Reno6 will be available for pre-order until August 27, ahead of its August 28 release.
The Reno6 series will be available nationwide in OPPO Brand Stores, the OPPO flagship stores in Lazada and Shopee, all Globe and Smart stores, and via Home Credit. We’ll talk more about telco plans later. Let’s dive deeper into why you’ll want to get these phones.
OPPO brings its AI Portrait expertise into these devices. You can access AI-powered features like Bokeh Flare Portrait Video/Photo, Portrait Beautification Video/Photo, AI Palette, and Focus Tracking.
The OPPO Reno6 Series features an AI Triple Camera setup with a 64-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. On the front, both Reno6 Z 5G and Reno6 5G are equipped with a 32-megapixel selfie camera you can use to shoot stunning, natural, and clear portraits.
The Reno6 5G has an additional dedicated color temperature sensor to accurately captures the hue and warmth of colors in shots. The Reno6 5G also gets Dual-view Video, which we’ve seen on other OPPO devices like the OPPO A94.
To keep up with you, OPPO equips the Reno6 Z 5G with a 4,310mAh battery with 30W VOOC Flash Charge 4.0 support and the Reno6 5G with a 4,300mAh battery with 65W SuperVOOC 2.0. The former can be charged up to full in just 52 minutes, while the latter takes under 30 minutes to charge 100%.
To deliver a speedy 5G experience, Reno6 Z 5G features the MediaTek Dimensity 800U, while Reno6 5G has the MediaTek Dimensity 900. Both handsets are equipped with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage (expandable for Reno6 Z 5G) and run on ColorOS 11. The Reno6 Z 5G gets a 6.4-inch AMOLED display, while the Reno6 5G has a 6.4-inch AMOLED screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

OPPO Reno6 5G, powered by Globe 5G network, will be available with Globe Telecom starting August 7, free with GPlan 1999. For a limited period only, Reno6 5G will come with a free Game Grip worth PHP 1,999.
The GPlan 1999 comes with 15GB of data, Unli All-Net Texts, and Unli All-Net Calls. Subscribers will also enjoy 3GB GoWifi free access, an individual subscription of KonsultaMD, and free GInsure for 3 months COVID-19 and Dengue Coverage from Singlife. This will be all covered during the 24-month contract period.
OPPO Reno6 Z 5G, also powered by Globe 5G network, will be available exclusively via the Globe Online Shop at GPlan 1499 with a PHP 2,400 cash-out and comes with a free Game Grip. Subscribers can enjoy 10GB of data, Unli All-Net Texts, and Unli All-Net Calls that will be available soon.
With Smart Communications Signature Postpaid Plans, OPPO Reno6 Z 5G will soon be available with Smart Signature Plan M for only PHP 1,499/mo with minimal cashout. The Smart Signature Plan M comes with 10GB powered by Smart’s fastest 5G network.
The plans also include unlimited calls and texts to all networks and 100 minutes of calls to any PLDT landline number. Safe and hassle-free virtual appointment Smart Signature Plan with OPPO Reno6 Z 5G will be available to new subscribers and existing postpaid customers looking to add new lines or renew their plans.
Customers may sign up for Signature Plan with OPPO Reno6 Z 5G through hassle-free applications at Smart Stores nationwide. Customers may also opt to book a virtual appointment with the nearest Smart Store via stay.smart/open for greater safety and convenience. Signature Plan Lite will also soon be available via the Smart Online Store.
Beyond the telco plans, OPPO is offering some other deals, too. You can get a free Q11 Smart Watch with your in-store purchase of the OPPO Reno6 Z 5G and a pair of OPPO Enco Buds for the OPPO Reno6 5G. Those who will be purchasing on Lazada and Shopee can get a free set of G25 Sports Earphones and an additional Q11 Smart Watch when you buy on August 14 and on August 28.
It is also available via Home Credit with 0% interest. The OPPO Reno6 Z 5G is available under six-month, nine-month, 12-month, 15-month, or 18-month installment plans.
