realme just unveiled their new smartwatch: The realme Watch S. Scheduled to be released at the end of the year for the rest of the world, it is currently being launched in Pakistan at a very attractive price.

Officially unveiled this Tuesday, this new smartwatch from sports a very different design from their smartwatch version launched during the last spring. For its Watch S, realme has indeed opted for a more traditional round design instead of a square one. The watch is equipped with a display of 1.3 inches in diameter and a definition of 360 x 360 pixels. It is also equipped with a 390mAh battery to ensure, according to the manufacturer, 15 days running time.
For the finishes, realme announces that its Watch S is designed with a screen protected by Gorilla Glass and that the case is made of aluminum while the bracelet is in silicone. The Chinese brand has also chosen to make its watch waterproof, certified IP68.
HEART RATE AND SPO2 MONITORING
Realme did not indicate what operating system is onboard of their watch, but only points out that the realme Watch S will have over 100 different watch faces and the tracking of 16 different sports such as outdoor running, mountain biking. indoor, football, yoga, etc.
These sports-oriented functions are all the more relevant as Realme offers fairly extensive health monitoring. In addition to the heart rate, the watch is indeed able to measure the user’s oxygen saturation of the blood, also known as SPO2.
For now, the realme Watch S has only been announced in Pakistan where it will be available starting November 14 at a price of 14,999 Pakistani rupees (approx 93 USD). When questioned, realme said that the watch would indeed be released in the global market before the end of the year at a price and a date which, however, were not specified.
