Apple is celebrating Chinese New Year and the coming Year of the Ox with a unique AirPods Pro design. This special pair will be available in mainland China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, and Taiwan.
The charging case and its packaging feature the cute cow emoji with a smaller cow popping out of its head with stars floating around it. We kind of wish the red-colored version of the emoji seen on the packaging is the same one engraved on the case. Instead, it comes in a neutral gray.
These limited edition AirPods Pro have the same price as the regular wireless earbuds, which is RMB 1,999 (around PHP 14,835) in China and Hong Kong.
You can pick up a pair from Apple’s retail store or through Apple.com for those living in those countries. The company set a two-unit limit per order, and these are shipping immediately. Apple is also offering in-store pickups in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan.
