Xiaomi, yet again, announced a slew of new devices and this includes the Mi 11 Lite 5G.
The stunning phone I have here is the 5G device, worth it to point out because there is a non-5G version. Even more eye-catching is that bright new color: Citrus Yellow. Light reflects beautifully on this new fresh color but if this isn’t your cup of tea, this phone also comes in Mint Green or Truffle black.
This sleek phone features a nice matte back so fingerprints won’t ever be a problem. This time around, Xiaomi chose a more flat design – it feels great in-hand and feels pretty premium. Even that camera bump is teeny!
On the right side, we find a volume rocker and power button that’s also a fingerprint scanner. At the bottom, speakers, USB-C port, and a SIM tray. This can do two SIM cards with a second slot that you can convert to an SD card. No, this doesn’t have an audio port but Xiaomi fixes that by including an audio dongle in the box. Actually, Xiaomi included a lot of accessories in this box: There’s a screen protector on top of the usual jelly case, power brick, and of course, charging cord.
Up front is a 6.55-inch AMOLED Display capable of 90Hz. On the upper left side is a small punch hole – the 22-megapixel selfie shooter.
On the back of the phone, three cameras: A 64-megapixel main shooter, an 8-megapixel wide, and a 5-megapixel telemacro camera.
Xiaomi branding at the bottom touting this phones 5G-capabilities powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 780G, the world’s first.
There are two device variants: A 6GB+128GB version, and a more powerful 8GB+128GB version. This thing has LiquidCool tech, NFC capabilities and it’s powered by a 4,250mAh battery with 33W fast charging.
