LG’s sleek Instaview refrigerator helps protect your health, too

LG’s Instaview refrigerator gets an upgrade that’ll help keep you and your loved ones safe.

The company packs in its UVnano technology into the ref’s built-in water dispenser, which removes up to “99.9 percent of bacteria” that includes E. coli, staph, and pseudomonas aeruginosa (which LG reported can cause pneumonia).

You can activate UVnano anytime you want with a press of a button, assuring you that the water you drink from this refrigerator is pure and clean.

Aside from getting UVnano tech, the new Instaview refrigerator is slimmer and more compact than its predecessors. It comes in a premium Matte Black color to suit those who love that modern, sleek look. The inside panels are made with stainless steel, which helps keep cold temperatures and gives off that modern feel.

As with other Instaview refs, you can still knock twice to see what’s inside without opening the door. This feature helps prevent cold air loss.

Linear Cooling tech reduces temperature fluctuations inside the refrigerator, keeping food at the peak of freshness for up to seven days. While Door Cooling tech cools rapidly and evenly from front to back evenly. The Instaview also gets Hygiene Fresh, which minimizes odor through a carbon filtration system and keeps the air inside fresh at all times.

This ref is also equipped with LG ThinQ, allowing you to remotely manage key features of your fridge with Wi-Fi. You can even be notified when the door is left open.

LG’s Instaview refrigerators use an Inverter Linear Compressor with fewer friction points, which lessens the risk of breaking down. It’s designed to save up to 32% more energy than a conventional compressor. Plus, LG’s compressor is backed by a 10-year warranty that gives you peace of mind with your investment.

The LG Instaview GR-X22FTQLL model retails for PHP 169,995. This new LG Instaview with UVnano technology will be available in stores by May 2021.
