HP unveiled on Wednesday the opening of its first HP Experience Hub in the region. The X-Hub flagship store is located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and promises to offer a “seamless online-to-offline experiential retail experience” for customers.
The new flagship store is designed to unify the region’s online and offline retail experience, linking the Kuala Lumpur flagship to 82 online stores across Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Singapore (with Thailand and Vietnam to follow in March 2022).

The Test Drive offline experience
Those who visit the retail store in Malaysia can access four “Test Drive” stations to try out HP technology:
- Premium: High-end consumer devices
- Gaming: Laptops, desktops, and monitors
- Commercial: Business-grade devices
- Print: Home and office printing
The X-Hub also has a cafe within the store, access to personalization services, like custom engraving and printing, and an area showcasing HP’s Sustainable Impact efforts. There is also a drop-off area for repairs.

HP partnered with Malaysian technology retailer Thunder Match Technology Sdn Bhd to develop the offline experience.

The Experience Hub flagship is located at Pavilion Bukit Jalil (level 4) in Kuala Lumpur.
Virtual Experience Hub
As for customers who access the X-Hub online, you can engage with HP Live Advisors, a team of dedicated experts based in the store. You can reach them through video calls or chat in your preferred language.

You can also check out the latest HP products through live streams via the HP Virtual Showroom.

The brand partnered with Shopee and Lazada to make this online experience more accessible.

So, whether you can physically get to the Experience Hub or shop online, you’re assured of getting a personalized experience that meets your needs.
