Flagship-grade 108MP cameras

The Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, Redmi Note 11 Pro, and Redmi Note 11S all get 108-megapixel Samsung HM2 sensors with a 1/1.52″ sensor size, 9-in-1 pixel binning tech, and dual native ISO. The large sensor should make it easier to get great photos even in low light conditions. The Redmi Note 11 gets a 50-megapixel primary shooter. It might not have as high a megapixel count as the others, but we expect you can still get some decent shots out of it.

All four devices get an 8-megapixel 118-degree ultra-wide sensor and a 2-megapixel macro camera. Except for the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, the rest of the series has an additional 2-megapixel depth camera to help create natural bokeh shots in your portraits.

The Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, Redmi Note 11 Pro, and Redmi Note 11S all get a 16-megapixel selfie camera, while the base model Redmi Note 11 has a 13-megapixel shooter.

FHD+ AMOLED DotDisplay with 120Hz refresh rate

The Pro phones in this series sport flagship-grade displays with 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED DotDisplays with a 120Hz refresh rate and 360Hz touch sampling rate. The Redmi Note 11S and Note 11 get slightly smaller 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED screens with a 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate. You’ll see smoother animations, lag-free transitions, and more precise responses to your taps and swipes.

The Redmi Note 11 series gets DCI-P3 wide color gamut support for more vibrant colors and details. And the most premium Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G gets 1,200 nits of brightness, allowing you to see the screen even on a sunny day.

Promised powerful performance and speed

Get your work done and enjoy your downtime with the help of the hardware powering these devices. The 5G-capable Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 695 chipset with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of expandable storage. The Redmi Note 11 Pro and Note 11S run on MediaTek’s Helio G96 chip with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage. And the Redmi Note 11 is powered by a Snapdragon 680 processor with 4GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage. All new devices will run on Xiaomi’s latest MIUI 13 operating system.

All four devices have a sizeable 5,000mAh battery. The two pro models—the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G and Redmi Note 11 Pro—support a 67W wired turbo charge, getting you to 50% in just 15 minutes. The Redmi Note 11S and Redmi Note 11 support 33W wired Pro fast-charging, which fully charges the phones in around an hour.

The Pro variants get dual SIM support with a hybrid tray for the second SIM slot, while the other two get dual SIM support plus a dedicated microSD slot.

Trendy flat-edge body

From the product photos we’ve seen, the Redmi Note 11 series has a look that reminds us of one of our favorite smartphone designs last year. The Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G gets a flat-edge design and dual super linear speakers at the top and bottom of the phone for stereo sound.

All the Redmi Note 11 phones get dual speakers, which is a plus in our books. And the new designs are meant to make the phone feel great in hand. As entry-level/mid-range models, all the phones still get a 3.5mm headphone jack.
