If there’s one thing I associate with Lenovo’s Yoga devices, it’s that they are sleek, convertible, and functional devices. Lenovo developed this series for creators and consumers who need that powerful, portable machine.
To this day, one of my favorite devices the company made is this quirky Yoga Book tablet with a keyboard you could sketch on. I took it everywhere and used it as my primary portable machine until it gave up on me a couple of years ago.

Not everyone needs an unusual machine, though. Lenovo has those options, too. And that’s what we see with the latest Lenovo Yoga lineup. These might look like conventional devices, but they still have the charms and power of a Yoga laptop.
So, if you’re wondering which new laptop would suit your needs, let’s take a closer look.
Lenovo Yoga 9i: Built for entertainment
When Lenovo introduced the Yoga 9i, it emphasized the entertainment features of this convertible device. The Lenovo Yoga 9i is what the brand considers a pioneer in its 2-in-1 category, allowing you to flip and fold it depending on the situation.
It has multiple modes you can use, with a thin and light 15.25mm chassis and rounded corners. So, if you’re going the handheld, tablet-esque route, it’s more comfortable to hold.
What you want to pay attention to is its 14-inch 2.8K OLED PureSight display. It has a 16:10 aspect ratio to see more and VESA Certified Display HDR True Black 500 tech. Adding a Bowers & Wilkins rotating soundbar system at the bottom of the screen makes this device a great machine to enjoy your favorite shows and films.

That vibrant display will also come in handy for mobile creatives, with support for a full-color gamut of 100% DCI-P3. The Yoga 9i runs on up to a 12th-generation Intel Core i7-1260P processor, up to 16GB of LPDDR5 memory, and 1TB SSD PCIe Gen 4 storage.
The Lenovo Yoga 9i comes in this minimalist Oatmeal color that looks great in person. Pricing starts at PHP 109,995 (around USD 1,936).
Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Carbon: Portability matters
If carrying a capable laptop that won’t break your back is important to you, Lenovo offers the Yoga Slim 7i Carbon. It comes in at an impressive 960g with a chassis that’s 14.8mm thin. Plus, it’s sturdy with a body made of aerospace-grade magnesium alloy reinforced with multi-layer carbon fiber.
Lenovo envisions mobile content creators getting the most out of this laptop. It features up to a 12th-generation Intel Core i7-1260P processor, Intel Iris Xe graphics, and a 13.3-inch 2.5k PureSight Display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 16:10 aspect ratio. You can beef it up with up to 16GB of memory and 1TB of PCIe SSD.

For extra handy features, the Yoga Slim 7i Carbon also gets an Electronic Camera Shutter, Dual Microphones, Dolby Atmos Audio, Harman speakers, and an edge-to-edge keyboard with a larger trackpad.
The Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Carbon comes in two-tone colors of Moon White and Cloud Grey for a starting price of PHP 77,995 (~USD 1,373).
Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Pro X: All the power
Power and performance are at the core of the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Pro X. This laptop is designed as the ultimate companion for professional content creation. It runs on up to the latest Intel Core i7-12700H, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 with 4GB GDRR5 VRAM, up to 32GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and 1TB PCIe SSD.
Lenovo also adds its X Power system, which provides specific tuning to suit different usage scenarios. It allows you to push the laptop beyond the benchmarks of its maximum CPU and GPU performance.

The Yoga Slim 7i Pro sports a 14.5-inch 3K PureSight display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 100% sRGB gamut coverage. This laptop also gets special features, including the Harman Speakers, Dolby Atmos Audio, 1080p FHD Webcam, dual microphones, and a full suite of ports. Even with all that power, the Yoga Slim 7i Pro X still comes in at less than 1.6kg.
