A new LG Styler is coming to CES 2024. It brings some new technology that should make it faster and more effective at cleaning and refreshing your clothes.
The clothing care system now features a handheld, high-pressure steamer, and improved steam technology. The Styler should be better at drying, dehumidification, and de-wrinkling your garments.
Hello to the Styler’s new handheld steamer
You don’t have to pull out an iron to remove wrinkles from shirts and clothes. You can just hang them inside the LG Styler’s door and take out the steamer from the bottom of the cabinet. Just press the button to start the steam process. A powerful, high-pressure steam should penetrate the cloth and leave them feeling smooth and soft.
Introducing the Dynamic Moving Hanger system
The LG Styler can take care of more fabric types and garments. It gets a new Dynamic Moving Hanger system that can dust, deodorize, dry, and prevent wrinkles. Unlike the original Moving Hanger that moves side-to-side, the new system has a rotating mechanism, allowing it to twist.
This new tech also improves cycles like the Fine Dust cycle, which twists and shakes up to 350 times per minute to remove large and fine dust particles from your clothes.
Improved Dual TrueSteam technology
The new LG Styler introduces a Dual TrueSteam technology, allowing two heaters to boil water and generate steam. This allows for more precise control of the steam spray’s volume and strength.
Dual TrueSteam also allows the Sanitary cycle to keep clothes clean by eliminating over 99.99 percent of germs and 11 kinds of harmful bacteria.
However, when using the LG Styler for delicate fabrics like silk and cashmere, it only uses one of the two heaters for gentle fabric care.
The extras
Some of the other new features include the time-saving Pants Press. It adopts an upgraded hanging structure for sharper, wrinkle-free creases. The LG Styler also has a built-in ventilation system that circulates the air throughout the room.
It also has a dehumidification function that can collect up to 10 liters of moisture from the room without opening the door of the Styler. This feature ensures a pleasant indoor environment and guarantees that the clothes won’t become damp after being refreshed in the machine.
You can control all of these features on the LCD touchscreen on the door of the Styler.
LG will showcase this new system along with its other new technologies at its CES 2024 booth.
